FRANK STITT'S SOUTHERN TABLE is renowned chef Frank Stitt's first cookbook, focusing on his flagship restaurant Highlands Bar & Grill's signature melding of French cooking techniques with Southern recipes and ingredients. Many of the recipes are pulled straight from Highlands' James Beard award-winning tables, and focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients while they are in season.

FRANK STITT (pictured below from our Wall of Fame) is the owner and executive chef of Birmingham institution Highlands Bar & Grill, which won the 2018 James Beard Award for most outstanding restuarant.
