THE ARREST is a fantastic story set in a postapocalyptic future, where much of our modern inventions and conveniences like cars, airplanes, and computers simply stop functioning. A former Hollywood screenwriter now going by the nom de guerre of Journeyman finds himself in rural Maine, living a simple life with his sister, until an old friend shows up in a massive retrofitted tunnel-digger powered by a nuclear reactor, and begins to turn their peaceful lives upside down.
