ONCE IN A BLUE MOON is set on Birmingham's Southside, a Bohemian neighborhood populated with a diverse mix of characters. The story revolves on a kindly landlord who somewhat looks after his many renters. As the owner of so many apartments ages, tenants are concerned if his son will follow suit when he takes over.
